"Derek Taylor works under Kelly Broaddus and I'll be writing a review for him! My gf and I met Derek sometime last year just to browse for homes. We're both veterans and intendes to use our VA home loan for this process. Although Derek was new with dealing with veterans and the different processes we had to go through, he never stopped doing research to gain more knowledge for both us and himself. We kept in communication for the whole year we were looking at homes and when we finally found one, Derek worked around the clock to get things squared away for us. "When I found my dream home, I knew I needed to have a Realtor to act on my behalf. Kelly Broaddus was the Realtor I chose based on the interaction I had with her and her son, previously, involving another home I was interested in. Not long afterwords, I made a decision to move forward with an offer on this magnificent house and property that I knew was the home I wanted to purchase.
